Purpose
topdoc is an independent directory of family doctors in Switzerland, compiled from publicly accessible sources. topdoc provides no medical services itself and is neither a practice nor a physician network. Using the directory is free of charge.
No intermediation
The treatment relationship is established exclusively between you and the practice. topdoc does not broker, recommend or rate anything itself; ratings shown originate from third parties and are labelled with their source. Appointment bookings lead to external providers — their terms apply there.
No warranty
Every entry names its source and its date. We give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the directory data. What the practice itself tells you always prevails — in particular regarding consultation hours, whether it accepts new patients, and how to reach it.
Correction and removal
Doctors can correct and complete their profile via »Claim profile« (HIN-verified) or request removal from the directory. Requests to mail@topdoc.ch are handled without delay, at the latest within 30 days. See the privacy statement for details.
Availability
We aim for high availability but give no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage, to the extent legally permitted.
